- Employee Self-Service and Knowledge Sharing:
- Identified areas for improvement and implemented changes using Confluence, Google Workspace, and internal messaging campaigns.
- Enhanced information accessibility, collaboration, and self-service capabilities for employees.
- New Email System Implementation and Onboarding:
- Collaborated with the HR team to implement and customize a new email system.
- Improved email organization, team collaboration, analytics tracking, and colleague/employee responses.
- Asana Board Development and Training Materials:
- Developed an Asana board for various HR processes, including LOA case management, exit interviews, termination tracker updates, employee relations, meeting agendas, and data collection.
- Created comprehensive training materials, including documents and video walkthroughs, to facilitate onboarding and adoption of the Asana board.
Results
- Enhanced employee self-service and knowledge sharing, leading to increased efficiency and improved collaboration within the HR team.
