  3. Qualitative and Quantitative Evaluation of Exit Interviews & Employee Relations Cases:
    • Proposed a procedure for evaluating exit interview data and employee relations cases through qualitative and quantitative methods.
    • Suggested steps such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to uncover trends, areas of improvement, and best practices.
