Objective

Methodology

  1. Project Management and Coordination:
    • Managed external designers and vendors to fulfill publishing aspects of projects and program awards management.
    • Created visual presentations, handouts, virtual backgrounds, folders, and evaluation forms using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Adobe.
    • Coordinated program scheduling through platforms like Doodle and Calendly.
    • Provided project and administrative support for the internal team and diverse external clients, including high-level staff.
    • Conducted reporting and data analysis.
    • Administered online assessments for various personality and feedback assessments.
  2. Office Practices and Procedures:
    • Implemented changes in office practices and procedures.
    • Organized and managed SharePoint files.
    • Developed procedures, walkthroughs, and materials for various systems, such as invoice management, consultant onboarding, ClickUp and TalentLMS onboarding and management, and contract execution.
    • Maintained systems and subscriptions.
    • Analyzed and organized information and contacts using the Asana CRM.
    • Managed Schoology LMS and implemented TalentLMS for expanded needs.
    • Oversaw SquareSpace website management and created training materials.
  3. Consultant, Client, and New Hire Onboarding:
    • Managed consultant and vendor contracts.
    • Explained policies and procedures, created instruction manuals, and provided video walkthroughs.
    • Handled Hogan and Profilor 360 assessment enrollments and developed training materials for consultants, clients, and new hires.
    • Managed SharePoint permissions and created procedure materials.
  4. Executive Assistant Tasks:
    • Booked travel arrangements.
    • Scheduled and coordinated meetings and conferences for the CEO, other consultants, and clients.
    • Managed logistics for materials and supplies.
    • Coordinated direct mailings and correspondence.
    • Assisted with certification processes, event speaker applications, and proposals.
    • Handled finance management, including invoice tracking and coordination with the accountant.
    • Managed inbox and non-routine correspondence.
    • Oversaw document management and file organization, including highly confidential and sensitive information.
