- Managed Schoology LMS and implemented TalentLMS for expanded needs.
- Oversaw SquareSpace website management and created training materials.
- Consultant, Client, and New Hire Onboarding:
- Managed consultant and vendor contracts.
- Explained policies and procedures, created instruction manuals, and provided video walkthroughs.
- Handled Hogan and Profilor 360 assessment enrollments and developed training materials for consultants, clients, and new hires.
- Managed SharePoint permissions and created procedure materials.
- Executive Assistant Tasks:
- Booked travel arrangements.
- Scheduled and coordinated meetings and conferences for the CEO, other consultants, and clients.
- Managed logistics for materials and supplies.
- Coordinated direct mailings and correspondence.
- Assisted with certification processes, event speaker applications, and proposals.
